maybe some people could try and make an entire save series of the half life 2 beta? it would be awesome!

im also thinking of a level taking place on a train. if possible, you should be able to MAYBE make a background that constantly spins, making it look like the train is moving. that way the actual play area doesnt need to move alone the background like an actual 100 welded together props moving on a track, since that would create a s""tton of lag, and the player would then just randomly end up dying and other stuff like that. instead, the background itself would spin.

im thinking of a small puzzle with the cry of fear lantern, where you have a prop and another prop acting like a door. the only way to access this area is to place the lantern down on the prop thats getting lifted down by the door, so when you place the lantern on the prop, the door will open. however, you wont be able to take the lantern with you then, meaning that you have to go into the dark without a light source (unless you use the flashlight, but the flashlight is just bulls""t overpowered, so dont bother using it). that sounds like a good idea, and i havent seen anyone else put this idea up. could be interesting if someone used this idea. ps. sometime im problably going to end up using this idea, since im thinking of a series i might do in the future.
