I am very serious about rules and following them. I don't like when people make it so others don't have a good time playing. My goal in the game is to have fun and others to do the same.

I feel like I can be active when no one is and when multiple people need help I can get them what they need I know that doesn't seem like much but I am also very enthusiastic about being staff on any server this one in particular because all of the people are so welcoming and chill.

Question 3: If you were in a situation where one of our higher ranking staff personally dislikes you and spreads his/her feelings to other players or staff. How would you deal with the situation?
I would tell them that is false and if that doesn't work and it gets out of hand I would ask for some help or if it doesn't I would try to let it die down and wait for it to pass. Or I would also ask for help from other staff that would believe me and we will deal with it together.

Question 4: A staff member has been requested to ban one of your friends for rule violations. After thorough investigation, the staff team has concluded that your friend did indeed violate rules. After hearing that the ban hammer is coming his way, he begs for you to convince the staff team to reconsider the decision. What do you do in this situation?
I would be mad but also disappointed in my friend I wouldn't do anything because if he did it he deserves to be punished. He/she did it to themselves it's not my problem to help them if they violated the rules.
