Why should you be a staff member? (Please write an elaborate paragraph) : [The reason why I wanted to be staff on Imperial Class Gaming First Order Server is very reasonable. When I first came and play on the server,I saw many good things, opportunities,and a better future for this server.I felt like, using my pass skills and experiances would make this server even better or GREATER if possible. The atmosphere of the server is very pleasing for me, I did everything I could like donating money, and roleplaying to the best of my ablities.I still learn from my past in order for me to be successful in to the serious roleplaying world.]

Question 2: What do you personally feel makes you stand out above the other applicants who have applied and have been either accepted or declined? [Because, not to be bragging against other people, but I believed I had the most experiances out of all of them.I have been through alot of hell past four years and more.Many friends of mind agree, that I had alot of experiances in the Serious Roleplaying world. Then if you don't believe me.... well, I'm not complaining.

Question 3: If you were in a situation where one of our higher ranking staff personally dislikes you and spreads his/her feelings to other players or staff. How would you deal with the situation?

Question 4: A staff member has been requested to ban one of your friends for rule violations. After thorough investigation, the staff team has concluded that your friend did indeed violate rules. After hearing that the ban hammer is coming his way, he begs for you to convince the staff team to reconsider the decision. What do you do in this situation? [If it is a massive violation agaisnt the community or something, then I would let him be ban from the server/community. If iti s a stupid small Violation, then I would try to negotiate with other Staff members , about my Friend's punishment. If that doesn't work I would let them put the Ban Hammer on my friend, because DUTY comes first before friendship.]
