Question 4: A staff member has been requested to ban one of your friends for rule violations. After thorough investigation, the staff team has concluded that your friend did indeed violate rules. After hearing that the ban hammer is coming his way, he begs for you to convince the staff team to reconsider the decision. What do you do in this situation?

Personally ask both the person being banned and the staff member, {if it is personal, I do not have a say) if they can come to an agreement. If not, I cannot help the person being banned. Let the staff do what needs to be done.
