You have to be active in our group and Servers BEFORE/AFTER your App has been accepted. How long have you been in the community and do you comply with this requirement ? : I just recently joined, I currently have been talking with gizmo and mute which are admins on the server, and gizmo currently invited me because of my experience in Server Managing and building a populus.

You should be mature and be able to have fun at the same time. Do you think you are capable of this? : I have always been mature on rp servers, even as a cadet I will point out if someone is not going along with the lore, and make it a point that they should correct it to save everyone else's experience.

You must have a mic and be able to use it Do you understand? : Yes, I currently have a mic and am able to use it especially when we are in rp situations, and if need be, admins sits.

Do you have Previous SWRP Roleplay experience? : I was Server Manager of Aurean (which was where I really flurished as a staff memeber) and helped revive the server multiple times. Along with my experience as a gamemaster and Head Of Staff I know how things are to be run and how to keep people as close to the lore as possible while still making it fun for everyone. I know all there is to being a staff member, all that needs to be set infront of me are the "do's and don'ts". I know a lot more than I let on so then people won't expect the amount of information that I hold so I can impress and continue to impress, and even with all that experience there are more things that I do have to learn and I am all more than ready to do so.

How long have you been registered on steam? : I have been registered on steam for over two years, and have loved every inch of my experiences with it.

What country do you live in? : United States of America

How long are you on our servers for? (Daily) : I can stay on servers about 10 hours daily if need be, but on a normal (non-needed basis) 5 to 7 hours daily.

What skills do you feel you have that will help the community? : I can help build a population of rp players that will be there to serious rp, I have many of events already planned out that we could use that go through the whole lore of the clone wars. I also have many of different people skills to use that can be very helpful in discharging hostilities between people and staff members.

Why should you be a staff member? (Please write an elaborate paragraph) : I have a great experience when dealing with people and how the server is to be runned. I know all there really is to know about star wars lore and how to keep all gamemasters on track when it comes to making their events. I also am a great speaker and know how to discharge any disagreement that comes up within staff and out of staff relations. I know how to build the populus of the server up without hesitation, and can maintain a good amount of players on at a time by not allowing them to grow bored. I don't know if these are what you are looking for but at the same time I do know how to deal with people without fear or remorse for what I have to do, because I do what I do for the better of the community, and the server

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know. : I am apart of a JROTC group in real life and they gave me more than enough information on how to be a great leader and how to keep the rally of the troops alive. I also currently went to a CLC course (Cadet Leadership Course) which furthered my experience as a leader and making tuff decisions in a short amount of time that are for the better of the people.
