I would ask them to stop spreading their opinions to the other staff that may end up getting me kicked off of the staff team because of one person who doesnt like me or report them to a higher up staff

Question 4: A staff member has been requested to ban one of your friends for rule violations. After thorough investigation, the staff team has concluded that your friend did indeed violate rules. After hearing that the ban hammer is coming his way, he begs for you to convince the staff team to reconsider the decision. What do you do in this situation? It depends on what rule he/she broke. If it was a simple small rdm spree just temp ban them if they broke a rule i will do what im told to do its a serious role play server for a reason so i would ask if i could just temp ban them for the reason but if i cant do that i will ban them with no remorse with it
