I am very good and smart when it comes to situations, and I personally think I stand out when it comes to gmod logic, with building and NPCs, and/or I can deal with players who purposely troll.

Ask Him/Her why they dislike, see if you can resolve things and if not, I would gather some sufficient proof, then contact another staff member of higher rank and tell them about the situation.

Question 4: A staff member has been requested to ban one of your friends for rule violations. After thorough investigation, the staff team has concluded that your friend did indeed violate rules. After hearing that the ban hammer is coming his way, he begs for you to convince the staff team to reconsider the decision. What do you do in this situation? Even though it could be your best friend, You signed up to be someone who Stops those kind of people, and if the friend as exceeded the warn limit, Him/her gets banned for some time, and if he/she wants to play on the server again, The he/she will have to appeal, then he/she will have to learn from their mistakes.
