You should be mature and be able to have fun at the same time. Do you think you are capable of this? : I have been in the ICGS community about a month now. I am very active on the ICGS servers as i am on everyday.

Do you have Previous Experience with the server you are applying for? : Yes, I am currently the Senior Commander for the pilot regiment.

You must be able to speak and understand English so that other people can understand you. Do you know and speak English? : I know English and also speak it well. i am currently in Honors English and am planning on doing AP English next year.

How long are you on our servers for? (Daily) : Daily, I am on the ICGS servers 3-5 hours a day.

What skills do you feel you have that will help the community? : I am very easy to work with and do not want to see a great server like this go down. I try to do my best to make the experience by all players the best they can possibly get.

Do you have any experience as an Administrator/Moderator before? : I was a trial moderator on another server but i was outpreformed by another person so i did not get much experience.

I believe i should be a staff memeber because iu have been on the ICGS community long enough that people know i only want the best for the server. I like to give the chance foir players to have as much fun as possible while still being in the parameters of RP. RP to me is always inforced. I am super active and believe i am a suitable canidate for staff.

I am a very easy person to talk to. I am involved in Drama and competitive acting so i am very good with speaking in front of people and also am very good at being someone else (for RP). I am very easy going on new players and want them to learn about SWRP and want them to enjoy the community.

Question 2: What do you personally feel makes you stand out above the other applicants who have applied and have been either accepted or declined?
I have been on the server quite a while and have proven that all my actions have been in the name for RP. When no staff are on ther server i keep RP inforced but make sure its fun so that nobody leaves.

Question 3: If you were in a situation where one of our higher ranking staff personally dislikes you and spreads his/her feelings to other players or staff. How would you deal with the situation?
Unfortunatly if they do not llike me, I will not take it to heart. i would tell them to come talk to me in private and we could resolve the issue. The only ay to end a feud is to confront it in a calm and civil way.

Question 4: A staff member has been requested to ban one of your friends for rule violations. After thorough investigation, the staff team has concluded that your friend did indeed violate rules. After hearing that the ban hammer is coming his way, he begs for you to convince the staff team to reconsider the decision. What do you do in this situation?
I would tell my friend that i cannot go against nother staffs decision. I could recommend that he go to the ICGS group page and fill out a form explaining why he should be unbanned. If he truely was innocent of that he did then he could be unbanned.
