Why should you be a staff member? (Please write an elaborate paragraph) : I think i should be a staff member because i want to help this server by making it better. I think i could be an active staff member. I've asked many people on the server and they think that i should go for a staff position. I've been in the community for a long time and i know i can help everyone that needs help. I will be an respectful, helpful, and most importantly a non-abusive staff member. I will do my best at helping and i will hear everyones side. I will then bring it to the attention of other staff members if it is a big deal. I know i can help this community become better and grow.

I believe that a lot of the applicant's dont say something about being abusive. It is an very important part to know that you aren't or wont be abusive. Being abusive is one of the worst parts a staff member could really do

I would stay calm and just ask why dont they like me and ask them to please keep their feelings about someone or i to theirself before they do it to someone else and hurt their feelings

Question 4: A staff member has been requested to ban one of your friends for rule violations. After thorough investigation, the staff team has concluded that your friend did indeed violate rules. After hearing that the ban hammer is coming his way, he begs for you to convince the staff team to reconsider the decision. What do you do in this situation?

I would get the story from both sides first and see what happend. If it was something big like disrespect, Mass RDMing and Logging, or being a big minge, I wouldn't do anything because he would deserve the ban. I would tell him that he violated the rules and it was clearly listed. He should've known it was wrong and shouldn't have done it.

Description (ONE DESCRIPTIVE PARAGRAPH MINIMUM):
I had played on ICGS for About 2 days in server time, I had the Rank as Pilot Commander but now that the server has merged i have lost my rank, the staff on their did do ANYTHING about it. They Just said all of our Commander Ranks are full and left me. I had then became a CC, stood their for 5mins and they just ignored me. They didnt do anything about it, i wanted to show them proof but they said no, and just ignored the issue
