Why should you be a staff member? (Please write an elaborate paragraph) :

I've been on a number of Garry's Mod roleplay servers and communities to a point where there are none left to be apart of. Bored, I set out to look for servers/communities in need of an experianced community nomad such as myself. I believe I'd be useful administrating the server, to ensure players have fun, and that the rules are followed in accordance.

To be quite frank, I think my maturity, experiance, and age has something to do with standing out. The ability to type a cohesive sentence seems evident.

Question 3: If you were in a situation where one of our higher ranking staff personally dislikes you and spreads his/her feelings to other players or staff. How would you deal with the situation?

I wouldn't deal with it. If a superior of mine dislikes me in some way, let them. My job is to moderate the server and be observant to that those playing on it follow the rules, inter-community drama is not my job, nor do I care what anyone has to say about me.

Question 4: A staff member has been requested to ban one of your friends for rule violations. After thorough investigation, the staff team has concluded that your friend did indeed violate rules. After hearing that the ban hammer is coming his way, he begs for you to convince the staff team to reconsider the decision. What do you do in this situation?

I wouldn't do anything in that regard, beside passing on his perspective, but I wouldn't attempt to force a decision nor try to persuade someone to reconsider. The rules stand, and my friends would not receive any special privilages from me.
