As previously pointed out here, there are a number of bans with a stupid, non-descriptive ban reason.

Nobody seemed to be against the procedure that I requested in the first part of that message, so here's an announcement:

to: Developers / Admins of Meta Construct

If you have active bans (that you actually care about) with a non-descriptive ban reason, please update the ban reason to a more descriptive one (one that gives noninvolved admins a good idea of why the player in question is banned).
Please do so until 2015-08-30 20:00:00 UTC (~ 3 weeks from now).
(Actual) examples of ban reasons that are to be considered non-descriptive:

• test
  
• being a butt
  
• Being an asshat v:
  
• He wanted me to do it

Do not edit a ban reason if any of the following conditions are met:

• you don't exactly remember why a player is banned
  
• it isn't your ban

If you feel like one of your bans' durations is not apposite, feel free to fix that, too.

After the deadline

• remaining bans will be purged
  
• overly long bans with simple ban reasons will be shortened or removed

If you need assistance with something, or if you want to make sure that a specific ban will not be affected by this, please contact me before the deadline, or post a comment below.

As you might still remember, Card:entity() aka famousanus stole Meta Construct scripts and had been using it on his russian RP server.
After he found out, that we noticed, he banned most/all Meta Construct devs from his server.
Communication was hard. He acknowledged that they were our scripts, but was unable to see how using them was wrong.
After that, he was blacklisted on all servers.

About two months ago, he contacted me for the first time and told me that his server wasn't running anymore.
He apologized for what he did and asked for an unban.

I've been trying to get some opinions on his request, but nobody gave me a clear answer.
Python1320 was "done" with him and basically told me to do whatever I want.
