Who thinks this kind of deving consensus is alright? What should be changed.
Background check of whatever dirt you can find of the person is also done by msa members who can then veto deving based on security concerns or restrict giving repositories access instantly.

My opinion: Way too tedious, but probably necessary. This could be automated with a forum of sorts, I guess. Or a full web application.
