No one in our game (#27210) can surrender
There are two players remaining in http://multiplayerrobot.com/Game#27210. Our game is over but neither of us can surrender. Other players were able to surrender earlier in the game. But now, when either of us hit the Surrender button, we are not removed.

I manually removed both of you from the game.

NOTE: I am a volunteer Admin of GMR. I have been just a regular player on GMR since mid 2014. At the end of November 2016 one of the GMR Developers Nullmaster, made me an Admin, so that I can help the community when I can. Both of the developers, Nullmaster and Tazzik, said they were not having enough spare time to help out and the old Admin Rillithain is gone for some time. So, I am not sure who is checking the e-mails, facebook and twitter accounts, but the best way to request support (for me to see it) is to post it on https://civ5.slack.com/messages/gmr-support/details/ ; I also occasionally check https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/groups/multiplayerrobot/discussions/0/
