Cannot trade Strategic resources
In one of the GMR games, I'm trying to trade to get coal from another player. But it won't let me ask for it. Or let him give it to me. Any suggestions on what's wrong, and how to fix it?

Do you have another diplomatic offer open. You can have only one offer open at the same time.

It's been fixed sorry. What happened is it glitched into saying I could trade the player incense, when I already had, when I stopped trying to add incense to the deal it worked.
