Website Performance Issues?
There seems to be some site performance issues. Are others having issues with the site too? I click on a link, and it can take up to 5 minutes for that link to appear.

Yes, and this also seems to cause issues when uploading games with the desktop app - the app thinks the uploaded failed, asks to retry, and the retry _seems_ to cause the next player to be skipped because the original upload DID succeed. Now that last part is a guess, but I've seen that happen multiple times yesterday, all after people had to retry.

I have been experiencing similar problems in last several days.

1) Website is sometimes very slow or non-responsive. Checking through sites such as isitdownrightnow show it as down, but eventually it comes back up.

2) Uploading save files through the desktop client sometimes require several tries.

3) Worst issue for me is, some of my games started to tell me I get to create the game, apparently GMR thinks we are at turn zero. This may have to do something with the above issues. I reverted turns in those games, hopefully that will fix it.

+1 on all three. The #3 in our case was solved by reverting several turns

Thank you all for the reports and for your continued patience! We are indeed experiencing some very strange, and very heavy performance issues with our server code these last several days. We're investing and testing changes as quickly as we're able and hope to have things running smoothly again soon. In the meantime if you get a bugged game that you can't revert let us know and we'll fix it manually. Thanks!

Any ETA on when it get fixed? In all my games we have troubles and some players are even thinking of quiting since all we do is revert our turns cause it fails constantly.

I can navigate the site alright when I'm not sighned in, but as soon as i do everyting ginds to a stop.

well, looks admins are working on server issues, GMR is under maintenance at the moment. I hope they will be able to fix it soon and we can continue our games.

Thanks for the awesome this service guys, GMR made me love multiplayer CIV V.

Great job guys, website performance is now very good.

One thing I noticed though is the notifications seems not getting updated. GMR client tells me in the last few hours several of my games reached my turn, however the web site notifications show the last time a game came to my turn is 17 hrs ago.

EDIT: Looks like if a comment is posted in one of my games, notifications show that, however if my turn comes in one of my games, notifications do not show that.

Thank you all for your extreme patience as we get GMR running briskly again! As you noticed yesterday we had several maintenance periods where the site and service were taken down as we applied and tested various code fixes. At this point we're in a much better place and we believe we can keep things running smoothly now. However there still are a few bugs to iron out in our latest changes that include issues with turn notifications, emails, reverting, and skipping. We hope to have these all resolved within the next day or so and will keep you updated on our progress.

Accepting an invite to a game, that appears in the notifications, also gives an error that starts with "Unable to serialize the session state." I have screenshot if you want.

EDIT: I restarted my browser, not sure it had anything to do w/ the error, but now the error I receive when I try to accept an invite to join a game changed to "The model item passed into the dictionary is of type 'GmrLib.Models.Civilization', but this dictionary requires a model item of type 'GmrLib.Models.Game'."
