Now it is my turn and now I got the same e-mail as the OP above, saying that the turn timer is disabled. It looks like I got the turn timer disabled message for 3 games so far.
I am waiting and not playing my turn as apparently there is some issue w/ timer and the other players should not have been skipped.
EDIT: Interesting, now the turn timer is off and I did not play my turn but still I got skipped... Something strange going on w/ turn timers.
EDIT2: The game link is http://multiplayerrobot.com/Game#8371
In our situation, I noticed after the site resumed that the "current" turn was less than the 1d turn timer, so monitored the game (and notified the player). They got skipped, then the next 2 players were skipped within the hour. I was able to revert the game to the player BEFORE the one who's turn it was when the site went down and everything seems to be running fine. I reverted after removing the timer.
On a related issue, might there be a way to adjust/remove the "turns skipped' value for turns that were reverted? We have several players now that much closer to our skip limit. We can (and will likley) increase the skip limit when we re-add a turn timer, but that's a work around that benefits everyone else.
