Would be nice to have a kick button for game creators but until then I'm quite impressed with the response. Got this resolved in minutes.

I had a player quit outright and he won't click the surrender button. What's the best way for me to boot him from the game? Can I just set the skip limit to 1 and then return it back when he's booted or is there a better way?
