Fix Credit Warping
A fairly well known issue. Whenever money enters scouts money radius thingy, it can get thrown in random places around the map and be lost.

Sigs servers fixes the issue by making money instantly collect when it enters the money collecting radius, instead of flying everywhere and potentially teleporting across the map.

A video example from a recent judging run of Brugge, where an entire tank payout was mysteriously teleported.
