as for those stat changes, we're not going to do any of that since the idea has been to keep the campaign experience as close to boot camp/mann up as reasonable and having a weapon change its stats entirely when you join a potato.tf server is the entire opposite of this
It's not like sentry's firing speed, vacc's uber duration or flamethrower's afterburn duration where the upgrades are mechanically broken and just flat-out don't work
