Report a translation problem
I tried googling it, but the only solution I could find was deleting my appcache folder, but that didn't do anything. The reason I posted here (among other places) was because I've never encountered this problem before (I've never really played on community servers until a few weeks ago, always valve matchmaking), so I though maybe this is just a normal thing on community servers or something.
- close Steam
- open the Task Manager, and click the Services tab
- check that Steam Client Service isn't stuck on "Stopping"
