What happen if you have 150 stars with golden medal and with new update you lost 20 stars and you have 130 stars left?
My question is, when you reach 150 stars you will be repeated another golden medal?

Or will not have anything, and if having 130 stars in the medal list, will appear that you already have the golden medal?

You will not recieve another medal for reaching previously-reached thresholds again.
