wave 1 changed the giant armored scout to giant flare gun pyros
added a tank at the end of the wave lowered the samurai and jumping scouts to 25-16

Ya Yeet added another wave

wave 1 removed the blast soldiers the conch soldiers and the black box soldiers
wave 3 gave the boss a buff on the speed because it was acting really slow firing speed
wave 2 added the triple banner icon just to piss off herp lol

wave 1 way to hard so I had to change the crit scouts to F.A.N scouts, removed the spies, fixed the bowman from not firing there weapon, removed the crits on the shot gun heavies, gave the tank 35K health, lowered the samurai demos and the scouts to 16-4 spawn,

wave 2 change the heavyweapons to giant heater heavy, changed the chief conch to chief Battalion Soldier removed the triple banner icon for now

wave 3 remove the tank support, lower the damage bonus on the boss,

This mission has a serious pacing problem, the first wave alone was 25 minutes with the use of the panic button. I notice you use a lot of wavespawns with the maxactive being the same as the spawncount, this makes the mission incredibly boring, slow and repetitive. You also put your snipers and spies in wavespawns and not Mission, there are no sentry busters either.
W1- Pyro/Bowman subwave was slow and boring, the rapid fire soldiers need to come out faster, there's nothing on the field and it becomes another boring subwave. Colonel barrages could come faster, again there's nothing else on the field. The Flare pyros + Medics feel repetitive and boring. Tanks spawning one at a time is, yet again, not fun to play against.
W2- Wave's major problem was that it felt repetitive, we had a wavespawn and a break straight after. This continued for the entire wave.
W3- Dont give out 300000 cash, it can cause a buffer overflow and crash the server.
I also recommend learning to manually write pop files instead of using mvm.tf, it's a really outdated website and spits out ugly popfiles. Here's a guide you can use, it's quite a read but really well written:

Sentry busters and Snipers are now mission and added some engineer bots

wave 1 lots of things have changed

removed the battalion and made the regular soldiers they spawn 5 per 25 seconds,
the Scouts now spawn 10 per 10 seconds,
Removed 2 of colonel barrage only have 1 with the bowman snipers
the pyros and bowmans spawn way faster then the older version
removed the flare gun pyros and change them to burst fire and have 2 spawn
removed 2 rapid fire soldiers and 4 bowman and made then spawn 2 spawn count per

wave 2 removed the 3 rapid fire soldiers blast soldiers and deflector heavies
made tones of stuff spawn even quicker

wave 3 cash is now set to 1 instead of 30K

wave 3 added some giants to help with the boss because the last wave is really short and boring

added 500 starting cash total 2000

wave 1 removed engineer support
removed the rapid fire on the giants soldier and made them ragular giant soldiers
removed soldier support

wave 2 removed 2 giant demoknights
change the burst fire support to scouts support
lowered the boss health to 25,000 health

wave 3 Final bosses health now has 35,000 health

added a resetable bomb

wave 1 change the burst fire demoman to demoknights
removed the giant burst fire soldiers and made them giant rapid fire soldiers
the support now spawns 2 F.a.n scouts and 2 demoknights per
the shortstop scouts now have 350 health
change the demoknights that are with the giant soldier to blackbox soldier

wave 2 change the boss to a buff in banner boss

wave 3 boss now has 30K health and added a buff in banner soldier to the support
