If you are going to go through with this, I suggest giving players a lot of starting money so you can make the x10 effect more pronounced from the beginning of the mission without overwhelming the players due to lack of money. You'll probably have to shorten the amount of waves though.

I think my biggest mistake was not realising that this was an April Fools contest. You're supposed to make shit crazy and over-the-top, and x10 definitely has potential for that, but I focused too much on making a balanced, fun mission rather than making stuff unfair (which is kinda hard considering the intermediate difficulty cap). I still had some jokes here and there, like the Fist of Steel Heavies and the Giant Brass Beast Heavy, but I was too focused on not ruining the players experience.
I do believe I know how I can make this mission better though, I need to embrace the sillyness and not care about players feelings.[www.tdogmedia.com]
I mainly just ran out of time. Either way, thanks for the feedback, and I'll be back with another attempt at this next year. Looking forward to the campaign!
