Class Lineup:
Re-balances: Demoman's shields gain a 90% resistance to crits, all swords get a 3 seconds on kill buff
Balance changes approved by 3+ judges:
(washy) can be moved to characterattributes i believe and it will allow you to buy the upgrade in the shop
(Bazooks) initial 2s crit on kill is fine
-added giant rapid fire flare pyros and some more pyros to wave 3
-fixed engie boss not pushing
-engie boss now delays his fires in bursts
-added giant xenoscouts to wave 5
-Wave 6 red demomen now have a 15 second spawn delay (fixed them having the bomb)
-all demo swords now have 4s crit boost on kill instead of 3s (also headtaker also does crits on kill now)
-wave 2 now starts off with 2 groups of 10 phlog pyros
-removed natascha heavies, too confusing for new players
