I only have pyro_ambush_teleport, pyro_dragon_fury, pyro_gas, and pyro_rocketflare in that folder.

try joining this server : "mvm.sigpipe.info:27015" I seen that icon on the server, you might download it when you join it or change to a map that uses it (I know the server's Rottenburg and Seabed has missions that use pyro_scorch)

For the name tag thing, I think it might not (?) be possible because custom weapon names and descriptions are (to my knowledge) between the item server and the player only. The game server (to my knowledge) doesn't network that data, but I could be wrong on this.

Try these two attributes (use them in ItemAttributes) and see what happens?
- "custom name attr"
- "custom desc attr"

For the icons, I can zip you the TT icons folder and you can see if what you need is in there?

Backing up what Hydrogen said, I remember reading on AlliedModders that simulating name/description tags on items is impossible because it's information relied from the item server directly to the players. Since bots do not connect to the item server anyways I doubt they'd be able to use those respective attributes but I might be wrong.

it may not be the the what you are looking for, but i have made a strobe medic for canteen crasher using a custom icon. feel free to use that icon if you want. there are other icons in there that could peak your fancy, too. (though not all of them are rightfully mine)

The TT dev server icons (not the TT tour server icons) have almost every icon that has ever been uploaded. If you want, I can create a zip of all those icons and you can see if you find need in there?

These are pretty much what I was after, thank you (although I don't really like the CAPPER and Persian icons, but they'll do for now).

Just noticed the medic icons are a bit small, so I increased the size of the plus/minus signs. DL link is still the same.

Batsaber Scouts are going to have somewhat of a weird icon, I'd reckon, considering the middle part of the weapon is pretty white-ish.
