Area 52 tried this but Tanks are stubborn things and don't accept Classicon values

Code-wise valve didn't even bother implementing something, it's all hardcoded.

turns out sigsegv modded it within a few minutes or so~
I'd like to see a potato server with some of sig's mods if this group ever gets more servers but for now, all I can do enjoy what we have~
