In your case, you beat one full tour of oil spill so your badge is now lv 2 and challenges counter is back to 0.

So i recently finished a Campaign of Oil Spill, however, it says on my Oil Spill Badge that i have 0 Challenges completed. Can someone explain to me what these "Challenges" are supposed to be?
