If you made a mission for Titanium Tank that:
• Was not disqualified (i.e. didn’t break the Titanium Tank contest rules)
• Did not win (i.e. was not featured in the Titanium Tank Tour)
• Earned you a Titanium Tank Participant Medal

Then you may resubmit your former Titanium Tank mission(s) into the Canteen Crasher MvM contest.

EDIT : As of now, signalmax agreed to change Metro to fix "the choke on the front" issue which should make this mission less of a hell to balance and to play for lower skilled teams.

though only if you're some sort of "content creator", if you are not, then you can help with testing stuff before August 15 and get the participation medal, and then after August 15th you can play the "tour-jam" to earn up to the gold medal, if I'm correct.

You need to get all 200 during contest part.
