The date isn't set yet. This most likely means that they're preparing new content to replace it but it isn't ready yet. So probably a couple of months but i could be wrong.
No, we extended it so you could all keep playing through quarantine. There is no set end date because there is no set end to the virus. There is no event planned to replace Madness vs. Machines at the moment.

The website said to have either 10 total hours of completed wave time or 7 of the tours completed, has the medal been released yet since localization files? I also had over 10 hours and was worried.
I don't know where you heard 10 hours, but it was eventually lowered to 3 hours or 6 missions. It is still not in-game yet.

The website says you have it. It was likely just a hiccup in the server that was then corrected during the daily midnight sync.

Can i get medal with 3 hours and only two complete missions?

You either need 3 hours or played a full 6 missions
You can check it at https://potato.tf/ and logging in via steam and click progress to know how many hours you have or the missions you completed
So, Ill get both medals for that? Or?
There's only 1 medal up for grabs in Mashed Mediocrity, the potato with the umbrella (although it does have 2 styles).

Play on Potato.tf maps after Madness vs Machines event
All maps and missions are available in the asset pack and can be played with an everyday tf2 server. No plugins are required for any Madness vs. Machines missions.
