You get the medal by completing every wave of all 6 missions in full. The server list is linked on the overview for this group.

Read pages 12-13 of the monster. It covers the rules on earning the medals. (There are 6.) You have to get 200 medal points during the contest portion to get platinum.

For what it's worth, it's an interesting idea. However, the afterburn immunity should only be while it's active because too many spies exclusively use their knife, so a passive immunity would be OP. Also, the revolver is spy's primary, not secondary.

To try my hand at mission making, I've created a pop file for mvm_steep that compiles and runs as intended for the most part. Now I'm in the middle of trying to balance it and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice or tricks for making a mission as fun and balanced as possible before testing it with other people. I already know about most console commands (addcond, noclip, tf_bot_flag_kill_on_touch, etc).

On an unrelated matter, how do robots function when it comes to using functional taunts like Mmmph and the Amputator AoE heal? How do they decide when to use it if they even can?
