Did you get that time from the yellow speedrun time message or the green mission time message? Speedruns include time spent in setup, while the "Total Mission Time:" message does not. Additionally, if you didn't see the yellow speedrun message, that means you invalidated your speedrun at some point, either by someone refunding or getting a new player.

We are unable to accept items as donations to our servers. We're only able to accept items for Madness vs. Machines because scrap.tf is willing to convert items to money for charities. Either donate cash or just give it to the charity; they need the money more than we do.

You have to be present in the server from the time a wave starts until it's finished to get credit for that wave. This is intentional. You'll have to replay those waves to get credit for them.

This is intentional; it's not cheating. Airblast them if you have a pyro, try to body block or sentry block them, or just follow them closely to kill them when you can. Bonk only lasts 8 seconds.

Because cash is one of the things we're checking the balance of. If we give ourselves reduced cash, we can no longer suggest increasing or decreasing payout as an option for improving balance. The amount of cash reduction we use would also have to change depending on the team we're playing with; we should have less money as a team of all judges than if we have to pull some randoms. We have no way to create a reliable scale of cash reduction with respect to team skill. Currently, worse players could just use slightly better weapons.
