This isn't an issue we're going to fix anymore than Valve is going to fix being able to kill the boss in Mannhattan by airblasting him into the grinder.

Downloading the maps from the workshop is not enough.

You need to download the server resource pack from this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1YGtQK7IaJfj5JHMiEHycDDrTU0tpaL0T

Installation instructions are included in the download.

You need a group of at least 5 players to book a server, meaning you and at least 4 others.

To quote a friend:

Very likely what has happened is another player joined at the same time as you, loaded the map, and joined RED before you did which will kick out any extra players. The main tip we offer for that is make sure you have the map pack downloaded and installed from this link which will skip having to download the map and more directly load the map from your hard drive.

Other factors that determine loading a map and joining a server include your hard drive speed and connection speed to server which is mostly out of your control. The faster each are the more quicker you can join the server/team.

Sorry, but there's nothing we can do about someone having a faster connection than you.

Ask one of us in the group chat and we'll reserve a private server for you when they become available sometime later tomorrow hopefully.
