I like the map. It's got its flaws, but no map is perfect.

The cap points aren't that obscure once you learn where they are, and the gatebot/bomb bot paths being so far apart helps to keep more skilled teams on their toes and discourages just plopping yourself down for the entire wave and letting bots come to the same exact place.

The only issues I have with it are a few of the invisible skyscrapers over some structures that should clearly be walkable (like that sheet-metal awning on the left side of the map after the slope) and that, like you said, some of the visual design is just unappealing.

Sorry, but there's nothing we can do to fix that except wait for the item server connection to be restored.

You need to complete every wave of every mission in the tour to get the medal; simply finishing the final waves isn't enough.

Did you disconnect and reconnect at any point during wave 6? If so, the wave credit will not have counted. You're going to have to play the wave again to complete the tour.

Sadly we can't be held responsible for the things people do in our servers. A very visible segment of the MvM community seems to be dedicated to making the game as horrible for other people as possible.

If you run into an issue like this again in the future, please let us know in the Steam group chat and we'll take whatever action we can to help.

Delete the map from your game files and try to connect again. The server will download the correct version of the map.

Yes. That's on purpose. Pyro's already good enough in MvM without having the ability to toss giants around like ragdolls.
