even if exclude local time zone part, there are still 2 problems:
* medal/tour pages different time
* wrong utc timestamp

the medal page's js is indeed trying to convert timestamp to local time, but the timestamp is wrong in the first place

for example, the Isolation int mission: Haphazard Routine, I finished this mission at about 2019-10-20 22:56 with timezone +0800 (aka 14:56 UTC), i know this because i have auto recorded demo file for tf2

but, at my medal page, it shows Oct 21, 2019 3:56 AM, at my tour page, it shows Oct 20, 2019 3:56 PM when i hover the last wave. It looks like London local time with DST instead of UTC (has no DST)

so not only none of the time on website is correct, but also the medal page time is different from the tour page one

by viewing the html code, i found that only medal page have moment.js to convert timestamp , while the tour page is server-side rendered

about the timestamp, it is 1571601394, i.e. 2019-10-20 19:56 UTC, i.e. 2019-10-21 3:56 +0800 (5 hrs ahead the real time)

none of these times above is correct atm, please help

there is no server before MM launch

though only if you're some sort of "content creator", if you are not, then you can help with testing stuff before August 15 and get the participation medal, and then after August 15th you can play the "tour-jam" to earn up to the gold medal, if I'm correct.

does this mean the campaign contains up to 150 points?
will i get the platinum canteen if i get 50 points in the contest and do every contract and mission in campaign?

but i will say it doesn't look too bad.

im sure downpour is an already exist map cuz i played that about one year ago

asia players do play tf2 as well as mvm mode too. my friends and i earned the titanium tank medal in eu or us server, but with 300+ ping. we can pass that cuz we are experienced players, but the high ping still make missions harder. i think, even one or two asia servers will help

that's because you don't have the .pop files, which are mission files. Be sure to check if navigation exists.

no, i know how to host mvm server, all the files are placed properly, the only problem is the maps itself. once i change the map version to the public, everything is ok. but these 2 version maps have one same file name.

i notice that, the versions of the maps in tour server is different from maps in workshop or tf2maps. if i host the maps directly downloaded from tour server, no popfile works, and in-game hud only show "wave 0" without bots spawning, but the public version works well. the problem is, the two versions map have same name with different hash, so if i go play another server, i must replace one bsp file with another then restart game.
