-made the holograms always visible
-moved one of the red spawn so robots that spawn there late don't get behind
-gave Action FetchFlag to most of the bots

-edited explanation text to include a note about the hatch being disabled

• Canteen spec should be banned since canteens are banned

• The hatch is blocked for most of the waves so banning uber duration is questionable

• Shortstops getting minicrits and backup all across the map is a bit much, could reduce their count and make the tank give buff and backup to the nearest bots only
  
• Should probably give Mobber to the last giant soldiers because they suffered a lot from damage falloff in that area if the bomb is taken there (which is very likely to happen)

• The pacing at the second last subwave was a bit off

• The subwave with jetpack pyros and soldiers wasn't very threatening at all and could definitely be buffed in some way or another(like adding a giant or some other strong bots)

• Wavebar is broken, likely due to the hidden infinite bots having a too high count, im not sure why they are hidden in the first place

• Give "voice pitch scale" 0 and "damage force reduction" 0 to all red giants

• A lot of bots spawned in the middle building towards the end, it's very questionable as they spawn behind which is annoying and it also means less bots are there to defend the hatch

• The Giant Deflector Heavy combined with conch, Giant Shotgun and Giant Demos was quite overwhelming, might consider toning that subwave down a bit by making the deflector spawn a bit later or increase the WaitBetweenSpawn of the Giant Shotgun
