Wow, we finally got to play this and I have to say first off that I wish we would've gotten to it a lot earlier than we did.

First thing that strikes as strange is the sheer scale of everything: The map feels like it's really overscaled and even the Giants begin feeling small on this map (there's also the cliff that is probably half the length of Decoy :yoricktheskull:
And the map doesn't seem to have any bombpath markers (which makes sense because there's only one path but you should still include them because people often use them to locate the front) bomb alarm zone or even a hatch explosion.

But honestly, my bigger gripe is the huge scale. It's going to take a really long time for the bots to reach the hatch area when the bomb starts getting near the castle/chapel(?) and all the areas just feel like they could be quite a bit smaller than they are now. Especially since being restricted to Medieval while the bots get to use regular weapons on a map with open areas like that isn't going to be very enjoyable in my opinion.

I'll pass you some demos once I get my hands on them.

I don't actually think this download is the most recent version, I thought you all had forgotten about this so I haven't been updating the download lol.

But the bombpath markers, alarm zone, and hatch explosion are all implemented in the current version. I'll have to take a look at the demo files for anything else, though, though I know scale has been a concern for a while. It is a delibirate design choice, but I totally understand the concern with it and depending on how it plays I'm planning on making it a semi-gatebot map (I have a second wide-open area near the town that I can connect bot spawns to).

As for the cliff and front areas, I have measured everything to make it mimic other medieval maps (specifically, degroot keep and burghausen). This isn't deflection of criticism, I understand that it might not translate well to MVM, I just want to make it clear that these areas are scaled this way on purpose.
