Just checked your steam account on backpack.tf and you do have the 2nd medal in your inventory. If you haven't gotten it yet open up TF2 to receive it.

That's odd the 2nd medal should drop unless I missed something about it the last few days. The 1st medal hit the limit at 30k so we need to wait until Valve raises it in a future tf2 update.

Some admin is going to answer you about the 2nd since that should drop, you have 30 tour points and have opened tf2 today. The best answer I can give is to wait another day.

That was for the Mashed Mediocrity tour that was back in April, that was fixed and the potato medal dropped for the people who completed the requirements (3 hours of playtime or completed 6 of 8 mission).

I just copy pasted the message from a gatebot (mission maker) in discord. Considering how many people have complained about not getting that medal I think we can assume it reached its limit.

The website count might just show how many people have reached the requirement for the medal. IIRC its Valve's item server that drops the medals so the potato medal distribution server doesn't know if the medals got dropped or not.

EDIT: Searched further in the discord help channel and according to a couple of mods the limit that is 30k has been reached.

For those not receiving their Burnished Beryl (1st medal): the medal limit of 30,000 has been reached. Until Valve updates it, you will only be able to earn the 2nd and higher medals.

Contracts are co-op, they count for everyone's contribution but they were finished months ago.

The owner (Hydrogen) has to start the medal distribution server to get Mashed Mediocrity medal to drop, unfortunately he's been offline for a long time now so we don't know when he'll be back.
The medal you say was probably last years Memes vs Machines medal, which looks exactly the same as this year april fools medal.

Trash mission was not included because you need a plugin or something like that in order for your upgrades to work. Without it its just a mission full of overpowered robots, not much fun in fighting them with the stock upgrades.

They just added Australian servers along with servers in Japan and Singapore.

You don't get minutes added to your MM progress on the final wave.
I didn't get this message on the last wave of Oxidize advanced mission: [MM] You earned 6 min 45 sec of progress this wave.
Also didn't get it on the 1 wave intermediate mission on the same map.
