As said above, setting the attribute's value to a negative value didn't affect the speed of players in any way. I set the value to -0.33, to be precise.

We used 0.65 in one of our missions and that was extremely slowing down players, especially Scouts. From that I can see that it sets speed of all players to 65% in that case. But when it comes to using 1.33, it doesn't set it to 133% but instead sets it to absolute 0%.

I've been trying to make it so any player coated by Gas Passer's gas moves as fast as a Scout. I've tried setting it to 1.33, but it made players completely stuck to the ground, while setting it to any negative value didn't affect their speed at all. Is there any way to actually make players move faster with the help of this attribute?

I think that worth sharing is also the use of "flankbot" tag that allows robots to get to the hatch much faster through the stairs.
