As for teleporter, unfortunately the best I can come up with is
BotsUsePlayerTeleporters 0 [$SIGSEGV]

This will also disable AI commons from taking your tp, but I don't think it will be that big of a deal

I tried this before in a mission and it didn’t work but I guess I can try it again. Maybe it only works on blue bots?

also, in that pointtemplate you posted would you need to repace "intel" with the bomb's actual name?

w1: moved demomen to base spawn (this was always intended to be the case)

overall: made bots unable to deploy until the hatch guardian dies
making 2 bombs work was such a fucking nightmare i just gave up trying to make it work.

v1.1 CHANGELOG:

w1: changed bat scouts to gun, increased amount of demomen, moved most of post-scout spam to red spawn instead of tower, buffed the hatch defender
w2: added uber medics to first giants, moved 35 of the heavies out of the tower spawn, added some giant demomen at the end
w3: added 2 more giant burst demos, made the urgent champs more beefy, made the giant heavies into deflectors
w4: changed all banner soldiers into rapid fires, changed bat scouts to gun
w5: made the gmed a popping gmed, made the tower spawns into deflector heavies and a bigrock burst. boss has been completely reworked
