I've seen some misundertanding about "next TF2 update". So I'll make it clear in this thread since I believe a lot of people will come read here.
We said "next TF2 update", it doesn't mean "next major update". No need to be worried this won't take forever, the next bug fix patch will contain the medal limit change. Worst case scenario you just have to wait a month.
Valve has acknowledged the issue so I'd expect a fix in the comming weeks.

Unfortunately some code is only executed when the bot spawn. In theory you can change any bot attrib, skill, vision ect. But some will only take effect on the bots that spawn after the behavior has changed.

Unfortunately we can't open servers in Korea. We would have, but it's impossible for us. We are sorry but you will have to play either on the US or EU servers.
