Restarting the wave with !vote_restart_wave right after failing wave breaks stuff.
Unfortunately I won't be able to apply my update, my access to the servers has been restricted sorry guys.

Edit: Also ye I don't like downtown either, the map is too flat and very tight/narrow to navigate in some places.
