Titanium has ended 2 days ago it's no longer possible to obtain the medal, sorry!
But Canteen Crasher will soon launch and there are 5 medals to earn.

if you are making your mission for canteen crasher you can use tankicon keyvalues to seperate the two (only works on our servers, the mission won't load locally if you use this key)

It's unlikely they'll extend it for two reasons. One, it's expensive to keep this many servers up for an extended period of time. Two, the servers that will be kept up need to be repurposed for CC testing. It's been running for almost 4 months already and there is very little traffic on the servers this late in the event. If you focus, you can still get the medal within 4 days."

Here is what I suggest you instead, that's what I use and it works perfect, create a bomb with as model "models/empty.mdl", parent to it a non solid func_tracktrain, when the bomb is picked up, force drop it, then unparent the func_tracktrain, parent the bomb to that func_tracktrain and use the teleporttopathtrack input and teleport the train to a path_track is somewhere in a box outside of the map. Now the bomb is unreachable but bots are aware it exists, so they will switch to another behavior which is just kill players. You can also command them with a func_navprerequisite
