To give an example:

I've setted myself this rule in which I only spend in videogames (my main hobby) the same amount or less that I spend in gifting videogames, generally for my friends and family.
By doing this, I think of and care for others with a little gift from time to time. In this way, I give something back to those whom I love and share the same passion as I do.
