Reviving the Day of Defeat Community 1 Gamer at a Time!

Since 2000, Day of Defeat has been a great game that has spanned over Europe and the US. At one time, DoD was just as competitive as Counter-Strike or other non-Valve games were. With the release of Day of Defeat: Source came expectations, and a large portion of the DoD gaming community felt let down after some time, when fewer and fewer updates for the game were given.

Now, DoD exists for pub clans, realism units, the occasional new gamer and the older competitive gamers who still pub because they can't step away from such a great game.

It is our goal to revive the Day of Defeat community. Spread the game to gamers who have never heard of it, and bring back a thriving, mature competitive community!

Beginning late October 2010, production and community support to move forward with a Day of Defeat only league called reviveDoD begun.
