So around 3 months ago, my brother was marked as a scammer on SteamRep.[steamrep.com] He was banned by Harpoon Gaming after he left a spycrab. I too, was banned by Harpoon Gaming after they assumed that I was an alternate account of my brother's, which, in my opinion, is pretty stupid considering my Steam account is around twice the age of his but nevermind. I appealed the ban at Harpoon Gaming, and fortunately, was unbanned.[forum.harpoongaming.com] As you can see, my SteamRep page is clear.[steamrep.com]

As far as I was concerned, this was the end of it. It was a simple misunderstanding and I was at no fault. That was until I tried to access TF2 Outpost. I've never had any difficulties with Outpost over the years I've been using it. When I visited the site, I found that I had been banned by them because I was marked on SteamRep. I appealed the ban stating that I had been unmarked, and so I was okay.[i.gyazo.com] An admin linked my appeal over at Harpoon Gaming to help prove my innocence, and that it was all a mistake.[i.gyazo.com] Then, a different admin replied, and my appeal was declined. I don't think that is fair at all. First of all, we go to the same school, and get home at the same time. We both play TF2 a lot, so it'd make sense that we'd be using TF2Outpost at similar times, at least a few times over a few years. It is impossible for us to have been searching for each other because we were banned at the same time, so that disproves that claim.

My brother and I have traded items. Sometimes we have traded items, crates, skins. Sometimes these are to keep, sometimes they are to borrow, but sometimes they are for the other to trade, if one was busy etc.

Toughsox claims that it's to ensure the safety of his users, and fair enough. The thing is, he claims that my brother is a scammer, and in some people's eyes he might be. Though, if he had taken any time to read anything I had written in the appeal on Harpoon Gaming, he would have known that my brother was banned for leaving a spy crab, not for scamming somebody. Therefore, I pose no threat to the site, because I'm not affiliated with a scammer.

I'd appreciate any advice on what to do. I'm tired of this.
