Unfair ban and questions
Hello, I'd like to ask a couple questions.
1. I have a friend that has a MCT legacy ban. Does outpost keep those people banned even after their "scammer tag" got removed?
2. I logged in sometimes in that friend's house and I was considered an alt of his account, even though we live 45 km apart (I usually go there on weekends). Got banned on outpost. Explained the situation many times to Toughsox, an outpost admin, and he said "I wasn't being trustful", even after I told him to check my IP, location, whatever. He denied the appeal. I feel like it's an abusive ban, since no solid relation was found (I traded with my friend very small items), plus I have traded for years and have done multiple cash deals smoothly, got a lot of rep, and yeah... would like to know what I could do to appeal that ban, or if there are other people in charge.

Wave goodbye to your "appeal". The moderators have no idea what they are doing, they say they ban you, then they give you the option to appeal, and, your chances of succeeding in your appeal is preposterously low.

If the moderator is so sure to ban you, why grant the option to appeal? Your wasting a users time outpost. The website is poorly run anyway.

Admins are human and they can make mistakes. A user could also provide additional info that might change the outcome of the ban or make admins reconsider the punishment. One of the most common ban reasons is having a private backpack which isn't actually permanent as long as the user submits an appeal. And then there are cases where people are allowed to reappeal after a certain amount of time has passed.

Well I'm sorry but I'm forced to agree with Dr. Wong. Here is how they treated my appeal and here is how they responded after I created a new support ticket. Just shows the justice system leaves a lot to be desired.

Plus, several cases of people being accused of beings alts are emerging. Just shows that they are rushing in their conclusions and should be dealing with this with more caution

Hahahahaha. Mistakes? If you know the inevitability of these mistakes, why ban? You still haven't answered the question. If the user is to provide additional information that moderators/administrators haven't seen, then that clearly shows that moderators are abusing the ability to ban by banning with little to moderate amount of evidence.

"Your incorrectly using the ticket system"

Oh, no shit dickhead, your now saying if you appeal, your violating Outpost Rules. What next? You were banned for trading, for posting one to many items. Evidence? None. Put some people in charge who know what they are doing, instead of being lazy slobs and being ignorant to appeals, I'm getting angry, because it's not fair nor just.

You are banned, and that decision is being upheld.
