Appeal for my ''private inventory/backpack ban goes unanswered for months

I have been banned from TF2 Outpost and submitted several appeals on the website over the past few months, all of them went unanswered. My inventory and backpack are private so I'd like to access TF2 Outpost again.

#1 You have not created any appeals for your ban, so your statement is false that you have made several appeals and they went unanswered.

#2 It clearly states how to make a ban appeal here.
