Found the solution mate it was my adblocker setting just adjust them or just whitelist the site entirely. Another solution was once it ask you error it may need you to update the terms and services.

Yeah I don't have any adblocker (that I know of) and I still get the error...

Try to update your cookie settings the option appears on the left bottom corner once you get the error
