Should I make a support ticket for my ban appeal?
Greetings everyone. I made a ban appeal ticket because I got automatically banned for being marked in another community. The appeal for that community got accepted and my scammer tag got removed (reduced to caution). Now back to the appeal ticket for the Outpost website. Once I finished I got an answer shortly from a staff member. It got declined and this is what he said: Brokering for a scammer is being punished by a permanent ban on this site. We can not accept this appeal, despite your tag having been removed. Now this is true because what I did was wrong BUT 1. My tag got removed which represents that they see I learned my lesson and gave me a second chance and 2. I had nothing to do with Outpost it was all envolved in another community (Harpoon Gaming) so I planned to make a support ticket to try to get unbanned. But I'm not Sure if I should do it immediately when my appeal got declined or give it time and do it another day. And I'm not Shure what to put in. Any suggestions will help envolved this. Thank you everyone.

Whether it happened on TF2Outpost or another community is irrelevant, that's like saying you're allowed to scam people as long as nobody finds out. The site has its own set of rules so if another community gave you a second chance that does not give you a free pass on TF2Outpost as well. That said, you may try submitting a ticket but it seems like you were already given a clear answer.

Its just how it is. They have all rights to ban or unban me if i break a rule they have all right to decide if i can come back to their website. I hate to say it but it is my fault for doing the wrong thing. I wish i can be unbanned from their site so i can continute my trading properly but if they dont want to unban me so be it.
