TF2 Outpost's Staff and their Reasoning is Nonsensical and here's why:
I had set my inventory to private a long time ago due to people 'adding to trade' when I never liked that. Then I went onto outpost and saw that I had been banned for having it private (understandable), so I made an appeal. This appeal [imgur.com] had been sat un-noticed for 3+ months (we can't tell how long it had actually been due to outpost's awful UI). They usually say that it'll take up to 48 hours.
The person eventually gets back to me and says that after they had taken a long time to get back to me, I have TWENTY FOUR hours to get back to them. How does that make sense? Obviously, I didn't, because they had abandoned my ticket.
A while later I come back to find that they then ban me for BAN EVASION saying that I had been using an alt. (They link my brother's account). I go to check the linked profiles' trades and see that it has no affeliation with my account ( The account that apparently was my alt [www.tf2outpost.com] )
I did get back into TF2 trading and issued another ticket, apologizing for doing something I hadn't done (ban evasion) and stated that I had read the rules and was very polite in my appeal. The admin gets back to me, bringing up another account in my 'ban evasion' (a f2p alt I had a long time ago) that was never in the actual banning (it only says my brother's account was the one I used) and he then says that he "sees no reason I would ever follow the rules" even though I explained that I had read the rules and apologized. The whole ticket [imgur.com]
This as a whole shows that your admins, don't read and understand the appeals (clearly missing where I said I read the rules to gain an understanding on what outpost wants from it's users), doesn't pay attention to the tickets that they offer (3+ months wait) and have ridiculous logic surrounding their use of approving appeals (I have to wait 3+ months but apparently his time is worth more and I only get 24 hours to respond).
Just wanted to shed some light on how I've been ignored and abused through the outpost ticket system, thanks. :steamsalty:

EDIT: I'd like an explanation from staff, that's the reason behind posting this.
